Piercing Needles

Here is how we make our world class needles:

• The piercing needles are made with surgical 304 stainless steel material.  The tubes of each piercing needle are made by a special technique so that the external surface of each piercing needle is shiny, polished and smooth. The inside of the tube is polished as well. The precision of ID (Internal Diameter) and OD (outside Diameter) can have a tolerance of only  ±0.01mm.
• Before we cut the taper (tip) of each piercing needle, we use a secret  special technique that enables the taper (tip) to not anneal (bend).
• Before we started to make our Precision Piercing Needles, we had to custom make an emerywheel to cut the taper(tip) of our piercing needles. This special machine designed and manufactured by us is part of the reason why our needles are so sharp.
• After we finish the cutting process. We use an ultrasonic machine to clean the piercing needles with natural detergent and dry them by a constant temperature oven.
• During our production process we will choose some of piercing needles periodically to test the penetrating power of the needle to ensure quality.
• By having a needle taper (tip) with a long taper, the penetrating power and overall sharpness of the needle is better then short taper needles like you see from other suppliers.
• We pack them in a dustfree environment and sterilize them by EO gas.  On each of our packing pouches you can find the sterilized indicator which will indicate proof of sterility.
